Our process starts and ends with you. We find out what you want to achieve, what aspects you wish to preserve, and what is required to help you attain your goals. As we progress through the different stages of the process, we maintain open and clear communication with our clients.

Home Builder or Renovation Contractors Vancouver

Step 1

Initial Meeting: We’ll have a meeting to get to know each other and discuss your project. Sandro the President and team leader will meet you, listen to your vision, review any construction documents, and inspect the property to understand what needs to be done.

Step 2

Design Contract: We’ll sign the Design Contract – This contract will provide you with full construction drawings and Interior Design schedule.

Step 3

Budget Presentation: We present you with the working Budget and timeline for construction once the permits are received. It ensures that there will be no unexpected costs for you. It is important that you have all the documentation before signing a construction contract. We value integrity and honesty.

Step 4

Review project: In this phase, we’ll review the project and make any necessary changes to the design or scope of work. You will have the opportunity to approve these changes before we move forward.

Step 5

Construction Contract: Once everything is confirmed, we’ll sign the Construction Contract, and we’ll be ready to start working on your project.

Step 6

Production: During the construction process, you’ll have direct contact with a Project Manager who will oversee the project. Sandro will be on-site to coordinate activities and ensure the quality of the work. You can trust our experienced team at Abstract Homes to take care of your project.

Step 7

Changes – Online management system: If you need to make any changes during the construction, don’t worry! Our contract explains how we will handle these changes.

Step 8

Warranty walk through: When the construction is finished, we will inspect your home once again to make sure everything is of exceptional quality. Additionally, you will benefit from our industry-leading 2-5-10 Warranty. Renovation Warranty will be a 2 year warranty.
