7. Final Walkthrough
Upon completion of construction, we conduct an extensive inspection to verify that all components of your new home meet our standards, construction codes, and your expectations before handing over your new home.
8. Warranties & Post-Construction Support
Each newly completed home includes protection provided by BC’s mandatory 2-5-10 new home warranty program (2 years of coverage for labour and materials, 5 years of warranty for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural components), subject to the policy terms.
