This laneway house was such a fun project for our team to build. Our sophisticated homeowner knew exactly what she wanted. The goal was to create a heritage craftsman style laneway home that matched with the main home on the property. Our team did incredible and hit this one out of the park, winning the Georgie Award for Best New Small Home in BC. It also won the Havan Award for Best Small Scale Home The homeowner called this her She Shed, and we called it a Rare Find.
