Nestled beneath a garage, the gym at 3555 Puget Drive is designed for a couple dedicated to their active lifestyle, participating in marathons and fitness challenges. Utilizing the unique slope of the property, we transformed the under-garage area into a functional fitness space. Our renovation included essential upgrades such as coring for exhaust air and air intake, along with the installation of a mini heat pump to ensure optimal temperature control and ventilation. We prioritized moisture protection with Xpex concrete sealer and used pressure-treated lumber for durability. Complete insulation with Rockwool guarantees a comfortable and efficient workout environment, making it an ideal sanctuary for their fitness journey.
