Upcoming Project Waters Renovation

Happy New Year 2018! With lots on the go we ‘re ramping up for another stellar year. Aside from the latest laneway and custom homes we ‘ve got on the go, we ‘re excited to add to the roster a large luxury renovation on West 8th for previous clients we had done a large renovation for in Maple Ridge and have now been living in the West side of Vancouver for last few years in a stunning unobstructed waterfront view condo. Square footage is approx. 2200sf including a gourmet kitchen, limestone floors, 2 bathrooms and den. We ‘ll be starting demolition at the end of this month, and look forward to working with a wonderful designer Tanya Shoenroth from Tanya Shoenroth Design (tanyashoenroth.com), we ‘re VERY excited to see the end product once we ‘re all done.
